thought this was a Guntec brand shroud but it appears that's not the case here. Looks identical other than it having one closed off port section that seems like it will function similar to an A2 birdcage that has no open ports on the bottom of the device. I have other Guntec shrouds on my ar15s and this one feels a bit lighter which seems like its a good thing but it also feels a lot "cheaper" than the Guntec. I'm assuming this is probably a chinesium part but it being a comp probably wont matter much but we'll see how it performs. For the price plus the promo discount I got on it I can't dock it too much since it was a pretty good deal.
